Abstract (croatian)
U ovom radu prikazujemo aparaturu za mjerenje električnog otpora uzoraka duljine do 5 mm. Okruženje se sastoji od eksperimentalne aparature i programske podrške za kontroliranje eksperimenta, a dostupni raspon temperatura je od sobne temperature do 670 K. Eksperimentalna aparatura sastoji se od peći, ručno izrađenog nosača koji može istovremeno nositi dva uzorka te potrebnih mjernih uređaja. Mjerenje se izvodi u argonovoj atmosferi. Na temperaturnom području 320 K- 670K potpuno je automatizirano, uz mogućnost mijenjanja svih parametara tijekom izvođenja mjerenja.
Abstract (english)
In this work we present a complete environment for high-temperature measurement of electrical resistance for samples of maximum length 5 mm. Environment consists of experimental apparatus and appropriate program support. Available temperature range is from room temperature to 670 K. Apparatus consists of oven, hand made sample stick that can place two samples at the same time and needed measurement devices. Measurements are conducted in an argon atmosphere. On temperature range 320 K-670 K measurement is completely automatised, with possibility of changing all measurement parameters dynamically.
