Abstract
U radu je prikazan glavni projekt stambeno-poslovne zgrade koja se nalazi u Splitu, nedaleko od povijesne jezgre istog grada. Građevina se sastoji od dva dijela: zgrade A i zgrade B. Zgrada A ima 6 nadzemnih etaža, dok zgrada B ima 4 nadzemne etaže. Obje zgrade povezane su ukopanom garažom koja se proteže na 3 kata. Građevina je izvedena u armiranom betonu, sve monolitne izvedbe s armirano betonskim zidovima, stupovima i armirano betonskim pločama kao međukatnom konstrukcijom. Projekt sadrži: tehnički opis konstrukcije, opće i posebne tehničke uvjete, plan kontrole i osiguranja kvalitete, proračun nosivih konstrukcijskih elemenata i karakteristične građevinske nacrte i armaturne planove.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis the main design of the residential-business building is presented, which is positioned in Split, not far from the historical core of the same city. The building consists of two separate parts: building A and building B. Building A has 6 overground levels, while building B has 4 of them. Both buildings are connected with underground garage which extends in 3 floors. The building is made of reinforced concrete elements: walls, columns and ceiling slabs, all casting in site. The work include technical description of the structure, general and particular conditions of civil engineering works, control plan and quality assurance plan, calculation of the main structural elements as well as characteristic structural plans and reinforcement plans.
