Abstract
Na odabranoj lokaciji predlaže se stambeno naselje za starije i parkovna površina koja bi bila u tom sklopu. Dom ne bi trebao imati samo sobe, nego također i druge sadržaje koji omogućuju druženje i što lagodniji boravak njegovih stanovnika jer mentalitet ljudi, osobito onih treće dobi je da se žele prestati raditi i baviti se aktivnostima. Smještajni modul se sastoji od prostora za spavanje kao potpuno privatnog te polujavnog dvorišta koje dijeli sa susjednim sobama te koje svaki stanar može hortikulturno uređivati po svom nahođenju, također je mjesto susreta i druženja. Nastaju poprečne ''stambene ulice'' također polujavnog karaktera kao dnevni boravak manje grupe stanara, element komunikacije i povezivanja sadržaja zajednice.
