Abstract
Odabrana lokacija ima velik potencijal te se njenom urbanizacijom može znatno pridonijeti slici otoka i grada Korčule. Samom otoku je potreban novi sadržaj koji će privući novi profil ljudi i zadržati mlade na otoku. Lokacija je pogodna za smještaj zgrade fakulteta jer je frekventna, ima sve važne sadržaje u blizini i dobro je prometno povezana s okolinom.Tema pomorskog fakulteta je povezana s ovim područjem jer se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini brodogradilišta. Ideja je pretvoriti industrijsku... More zonu u zeleni park povezan s gradom produžujući šetnicu do lokacije. Nova zelena, obrazovna zona će biti u službi građana tijekom čitave godine. Less
