Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu prikazan je proračun nosive konstrukcije i fizikalnih svojstava armiranobetonske zgrade koja se nalazi u Zagrebu. Zgrada se sastoji od podruma, prizemlja i pet katova. Proračun i dimenzioniranje nosivih elemenata je provedeno pomoću računalnog programa SCIA Engineer 20.0. Proračun fizike zgrade je napravljen pomoću računalnog programa KI Expert Plus. Proračunom je potrebno utvrditi jesu li zadovoljeni sljedeći uvjeti: koeficijenti prolaska topline, difuzija vodene pare, dinamičke toplinske karakteristike i korisna energija.
Abstract (english)
This master's thesis contains structural analysis and evaluation of physical properties of reinforced concrete residential building located in Zagreb. The building consist of basement, ground floor and five stories. Calculation of structural elements was performed using structural analysis software SCIA Engineer 20.0. The calculation of physical properties of the building was made with the computer software KI Expert Plus. The calculation must determine whether the following conditions are met: heat transfer coefficients, water vapor difusion, dynamic thermal characteristics and useful energy.
