Abstract
ZTCH predstavlja pristup održivoj arhitekturi i gospodarenju resursima, smješten u gospodarskoj zoni Podi-Zapad u Dugopolju. Cilj projekta bio je povezati teorijske koncepte održivog razvoja sa praktičnom primjenom u stvarnom okruženju. U radu su istraženi održivi koncepti upravljanja biootpadom, proizvodnje bioplina, racionalnog korištenja vode i sustava grijanja. Kasnije su te ideje pretočene u konkretan projekt ZTCH-a, koji objedinjuje suvremene tehnologije i prakse u održivoj gradnji kako bi se omogućilo efikasno korištenje resursa i smanjenje ekološkog otiska.
Abstract (english)
ZTCH represents an approach to sustainable architecture and resource management, located in the Podi-Zapad economic zone in Dugopolje. The goal of the project was to connect theoretical concepts of sustainable development with practical application in a real environment. The paper explores sustainable concepts of biowaste management, biogas production, and rational use of water and heating systems. Later, these ideas were translated into a concrete project of ZTCH, which combines modern technologies and practices in sustainable construction in order to enable the efficient use of resources and the reduction of the ecological footprint.
