Abstract
Nakon izvedbe montažne hale i početka rada trgovačkog centra Plodine došlo je do pojave pukotina konstrukcijskih elemenata. Uslijed prevelikih deformacija došlo je do pucanja međukatne armiranobetonske ploče. Oštećenja u vidu pojave pukotina i odlamanja komada zaštitnog sloja betona vrha stupova su prouzrokovana diferencijalnim slijeganjima temelja građevine. Prikazana je analiza slijeganja montažne hale u Otočcu koristeći program SETTLE 3D. Uvjeti temeljnog tla na lokaciji planirane hale prikazani su geotehničkim elaboratom. Analiza slijeganja izvršena je u četiri karakteristična presjeka, te je utvrđeno da sa zamjenskim slojem 2 m i 3 m te pripadajućim varijacijama poboljšanja podtemeljnog tla nije moguće zadržati diferencijalna slijeganja u dopuštenim granicama prema Eurokodu 7 (HRN EN 1997-izvršiti sanaciju temelja građevine drugim metodama (mikropiloti, mlazno injektirani stupnjaci i sl.).

Parallel abstract (English)
After the building of prefabricated hall and the start work of the shopping center Plodine, there were cracks on structural elements. Due to excessive deformations there was cracking of interfloor reinforced-concrete slab. The damaged like cracks and breaking off pieces of concrete cover on the top of the pillars were caused because of differential settlements of the foundations of building. Analysis of settlements was made for the hall using a computer program SETTLE3D. Foundation soil conditions at the location of hall are definied with the ground investigation report. Analysis of settlements was made for the four caracteristic section and it is found that with the replacement layer of 2 m and 3 m and the associated variations of foundation soil, differential settlement can't be retained in the allowable limit according to Eurocode 7-Therefore, it is necessary to improve the building foundations using other methods (micropiles, jet grounting and similar).
