Abstract
Jedan od glavnih problema današnjeg turističkog urbanizma je separacija turista i lokalnog stanovništva. Kao rješenje predlaže se stvaranje inkluzivnih uvjeta u kojima oni koegzistiraju, transformacijom turističkih prostora u cjelogodišnji atraktivni teritorij koji koriste različite ciljane grupe i funkcije. Na takav način, ovaj hotel ne bi bio samo hotel, već i društveni centar grada kao izvjesno ishodište brige o bogatom naslijeđu.
