Abstract
Količina neiskorištene hrane je ozbiljan problem koji direktno utječe na društvene, ekološke i ekonomske okolnosti. Čak trećina proizvedene hrane završi kao otpad. To je veliki pritisak na okoliš jer uzalud trošimo resurse koji su nam potrebni za proizvodnju. Projekt je osmišljen kao industrijski objekt koji se bavi gubicima duž hranidbenog lanca. Cilj je bio organizirati prostor koji će prikupljati višak hrane doniran od strane supermarketa i trgovina, skladištiti ga, klasificirati, redistribuirati i reciklirati.
