Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu obrađena je tema vezana za odgovornosti i obveze sudionika gradnje za nedostatke u gradnji. Tumačenjem zakonskih odredbi te ostalih važećih propisa, sažeto se daje najosnovnije pravno znanje koje je potrebno u praksi jednog diplomiranog inženjera, a u svrhu boljeg snalaženja s mogućim pravnim problemima vezanim za nedostatke u gradnji.
Abstract (english)
Responsibility and obligation of building participants for failures in construction were discussed in this graduate Thesis. By interpreting the legal regulations and other valid regulations, the most basic legal knowledge required by a graduate engineer in the practice is given in order to better resolve the possible legal problems related to failures in construction.
