Abstract
Istražuje se tema interveniranja alternativnim javnim prostorima u širem centru grada. Kao odgovor na problem nestajanja javnog prostora, ovaj projekt predlaže i istražuje fenomen arhitektonske komunikacije koja generira aktivnosti. Predlaže se uvođenje treće dimenzije urbanog prostora s ciljem postizanja višestruke protočnosti - infrastrukturne i socijalne. Nudi se konstruktivno rješenje – vrsta socijalnog i urbanog eksperimenta: u postojeću urbano-arhitektonsku infrastrukturu uvodi se „substratum“ kao podzemni infiltrirani „layer“ koji nastoji očuvati prostornu povezanost u više razina.
