Abstract
Stambena densifikacija unutar postojećeg stambenog naselja kao izvor prihoda za daljnji razvoj naselja. Količina novih stambenih jedinica definirana je financijskim potrebama obnove i proširenja postojećih stambenih jedinica nižeg standarda, izradom novog rješenja prometa u mirovanju i uređenjem javnog i polujavnog prostora partera stvarajući identitet mjesta i potičući mediteranski način života.
Abstract (english)
Residential densification within the existing residential area as a source of income for further development of the area. The amount of new housing units is defined by the financial needs of renovation and expansion of existing housing units of a lower standard, the creation of a new solution for stationary traffic and the arrangement of public and semi-public space on the ground area, creating the identity of the place and encouraging the Mediterranean way of life
