Abstract
Ovim radom iskazuje se korištenje višekriterijske analize kao pomoći pri donošenju odluka u građevinarstvu. Predloženim pristupom pruža pomoć donositeljima odluke za odabir kompromisnog građevinskog rješenja – rješenja koje uvažava različite poglede na analizirani problem (scenarije), uzima u obzir raznolika znanja i podatke iskazane na različite načine (npr. u različitim mjernim jedinicama) prilikom planiranja obnove objekta društvene namjene. More planiranja preuređenja zgrade društvene namjene u Splitu, a pritom su definirani kriteriji i varijantna rješenja sanacije, analizirana četiri scenarija, a za usporedbu i prioritetno rangiranje varijantnih rješenja po scenarijima je korištena višekriterijska metoda PROMETHEE. Konačan rezultat je podloga za donošenje odluka o sanaciji objekata u obliku rang liste varijantnih rješenja poduzimanja građevinskih radova sanacije. Less
Abstract (english)
This paper demonstrates the use of multi-criteria analysis as a help in decision-making in construction. With the proposed approach, it helps decision makers to choose a compromise construction solution - a solution that takes into account different views on the analyzed problem (scenarios), takes into account diverse knowledge and data expressed in different ways (e.g. in different measurement units) when planning the renovation of a social purpose building. More tested on the example of planning the renovation of a public building in Split, and at the same time the criteria and variant solutions of renovation were defined, four scenarios were analyzed, and the multi-criteria PROMETHEE method was used to compare and prioritize the variant solutions by scenarios. The final result is the basis for making decisions about the renovation of buildings in the form of a ranking list of variant solutions for undertaking renovation construction works. Less
