Abstract
Prčanj je mjesto u Crnoj Gori, nastalo uz obalu Risanskog zaljeva, podno brda Vrmac. Neobična topografska situacija, kao i izvrsna povezanost zračnim, morskim i cestovnim prometom, čini Prčanj jednim od poželjnijih mjesta za turistički resort Općine Kotor. Prolaskom Jadranske magistrale kroz naselje ono se fizički odvaja od mora, a visoke ulične fasade zaklanjaju vizure na Vrmac. Projektom se teži ponovnom povezivanju svih segmenata naselja Prčanj.
