Abstract
Diplomski rad prikazuje usporedbu projekata konstrukcije stambene zgrade s klasičnom gradnjom i s potresnom izolacijom pomoću elastomernih ležajeva ugrađenih ispod zidova u prizemlju te njihova konstruktivna rješenja. Klasični pristup gradnje stambene zgrade omogućuje prijenos potresnih sila koje se s tla prirodno prenose na njene temelje. Pomoću elastomernih ležajeva smanjujemo vibracije i potresne sile na konstrukciju te nastojimo povećati njenu uporabnu vrijednost. U konstrukcijskom smislu,... More glavnu nosivu konstrukciju stambene zgrade čine armiranobetonski zidovi. Svi konstrukcijski elementi su projektirani u skladu s važećim popisima i pravilima, prema Eurokodu i pripadajućim nacionalnim dodacima. U svrhu usporedbe konstrukcijskih rješenja klasične i suvremene gradnje, izrađeni su proračunski modeli u programskom paketu Scia Engineer 15.3. Izvršena je analiza opterećenja klasične i suvremene gradnje te je na temelju mjerodavnih reznih sila pojedinog rješenja izvršeno dimenzioniranje. Potom su izrađeni armaturni planovi konstrukcijskih elemenata s iskazom količine materijala te troškovnici zemljanih, armiranobetonskih i ostalih radova. Tehnički, sigurnosni i ekonomski aspekti korišteni su kako bi se napravila usporedba rješenja konstrukcije stambene zgrade. Less
Abstract (english)
This master thesis shows a comparation of the desings of structure of a residential building with classical construction and the seismic isolation with elastomeric bearings embedded beneath the walls on the ground floor, as well as their structural solutions. Classical approach of constructing a residential building provides transfer of seismic forces from the soil naturally to its foundations. Elastomeric bearings reduce vibration and seismic forces to the structure, and strive to increase... More its utility. In structural terms, the main load-bearing structure of a residential building is optained by use of reinforced concrete walls. All structural elements are designed in compliance with the valid regulations and rules, according to Eurocode and the corresponding national annexes. Design models made with the use of software package Scia Engineer 15.3, are used in purpose of comparison between structural solutions of classical and contemporary construction. This master thesis shows analysis of loads of classic and contemporary construction, and design is made with the use of relevant section forces of each solution. Furtherly plans of reinforcement for the structural elements are made with the report of amount of material, and bills of quantities of earthwork, reinforced concrete and other works.
