Abstract
Budući da se svake godine povećava broj automobila na prometnoj cestovnoj mreži, poveća se i broj prometnih nesreća. Tema ovog diplomskog rada je analiza prometnih nesreća na području Splitsko-dalmatinske županije tijekom 2019. i 2020. godine. Promatrane su županijske ceste na području spomenute županije. Na temelju podataka o prometnim nesrećama izvršena je identifikacija mjesta s najvećim brojem prometnih nesreća koja predstavlja preduvjet za sanaciju tih mjesta i u konačnici smanjenje broja prometnih nesreća. Za obradu podataka korišteni su programski alati Geographic Information System (QGIS) i Microsoft Office – Excel.
Abstract (english)
As the number of cars on the road network increases every year, the number of accidents has also increased. The topic of this thesis is the analysis of traffic accidents in the area of Split-Dalmatia County during 2019 and 2020. County roads in the area of the mentioned county were observed. On the basis of data on traffic accidents, the places with the highest number of traffic accidents were identified, which is a prerequisite for the rehabilitation of these places and ultimately, the reduction of the number of traffic accidents. Geographic Information System (QGIS) and Microsoft Office – Excel software tools were used for data processing.
