Abstract
Rad se bavi temom kako regulacijama i referencama uzetim iz ladanjske tipologije, zaustaviti prekomjernu apartmanizaciju i vratiti život građanima grada izrazito orijentiranog na turizam. Svrha rada je ispitati u kojoj mjeri je moguće djelovati na stambeni razvoj Dubrovnika kroz razumijevanje i interpretiranje baštinjene tipologije.
Abstract (english)
The paper deals with the topic of how, with regulations and references taken from the rural typology, to stop excessive apartment building and restore life to the citizens of a city strongly oriented towards tourism. The purpose of the paper is to examine to what extent it is possible to influence the residential development of Dubrovnik through the understanding and interpretation of the heritage typology.
