Abstract
U radu je prikazan projekt konstrukcije stambeno-poslovne zgrade u Trogiru. Građevina se sastoji od 4 kata (2 poslovna i 2 stambena) te ukopane garaže tlocrtne površine 383 m². Građevina je izvedena u armiranom betonu, sve monolitne izvedbe s armirano-betonskim zidovima, stupovima, gredama i armirano-betonskim pločama kao međukatnom konstrukcijom. Projekt sadrži: tehnički opis konstrukcije, opće i posebne tehničke uvjete, plan kontrole i osiguranja kvalitete, proračun nosivih konstrukcijskih elemenata i karakteristične građevinske nacrte i armaturne planove.
Abstract (english)
Structural design of the residential-buisness building, which is positioned in Trogir, is presented in this work. The building consists of 4 uperground stories (2 commercial and 2 residential), and underground garage, layout area of 383 m². The building is made of reinforced concrete elements: walls, columns, beams and ceiling slabs, all casting in site. The work include technical description of the structure, general and particular conditions of civil engineering works, control plan and quality assurance plan, calculation of the main structural elements as well as characteristic structural plans and reinforcement plans.
