Abstract
U radu je prikazan glavni projekt stambene zgrade koja se nalazi u turističkom naselju Brzet pored Omiša. Stambena zgrada nalazi se na građevinskoj parceli katastarske čestice 1732, koja pripada katastarskoj općini Omiš. Predmetna građevina sastoji se od 4 dijela (zgrade), ukupne katnosti nad zemljom: 6 katova te ukupanom garažom katnosti 1 kata. Građevina je izvedena u armiranom betonu, sve monolitne izvedbe s armirano-betonskim zidovima, stupovima i armirano-betonskim pločama kao međukatnom konstrukcijom. Projekt sadrži: tehnički opis konstrukcije, opće i posebne tehničke uvjete, plan kontrole i osiguranja kvalitete, proračun nosivih konstrukcijskih elemenata i karakteristične građevinske nacrte i armaturne planove.
Abstract (english)
Main design of the residential building, which is positioned in touristic place Brzet near Omiš, is presented in this work. A residential building is located on a building plot of cadastral plot 1732, which belongs to cadastral municipality of Omiš. Subject building is consist of four separate parts (buildings), with total number of uperground stories: 6 stories, and underground garage with 1 storey. Building is made of reinforced concrete elements: walls, columns and ceiling slabs, all casting in site. The work includes tehnical description of the structure, general and particular conditions of civil engineering works, control plan and quality assurance plan, calculation of the main structural elements as well as characteristic structural plans and reinforcement plans.
