Abstract
U radu je prikazan projekt konstrukcije stambeno - poslovnog objekta (dilatacije A) na otoku Korčula. Građevina ima ukupno 5 katova, od čega su 4 kata nad zemljom te 1 kat (garaža) pod zemljom. Građevina je izvedena u armiranom betonu monolitnom izvedbom s armirano - betonskim temeljima, zidovima, stupovima, gredama te armirano - betonskim pločama kao međukatnim konstrukcijama. Projekt sadrži tehnički opis konstrukcije, opće i posebne tehničke uvjete, plan kontrole i osiguranja kvalitete, proračun nosivih konstrukcijskih elemenata, karakteristične građevinske nacrte i armaturne planove.
Abstract (english)
Project of construction of the business and residental building (dilatation A), which is positioned on island Korčula, is presented in this work. Subject building is consist of total number of 5 storeys, of which 4 storeys are above ground, and 1 storey is underground (garage). Building is made od reinforced concrete in monolithic construction with reinforced concrete foundations, walls, columns, beams and reinforced concrete plates as a ceiling slabs. The project contains a technical description of the construction, general and particular conditions of civil engineering works, control plan and quality assurance plan, calculation of the main structural elements as well as charasteristic strucural plans and reinforcement plans.
