Abstract
Laki betoni u odnosu na normalne betone imaju manju gustoću, a takva manja gustoća postiže se stvaranjem međuprostora između zrna krupnog agregata, stvaranjem pora u mortu ili upotrebom agregata sa velikim sadržajem pora. Zbog manje gustoće uglavnom posjeduju manje čvrstoće, a najveće čvrstoće postižu lakoagregatni betoni s agregatom od ekspandirane pečene gline ili zgure, te s agregatom prirodnog porijekla. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada napravljene su 3 različite mješavine samozbijajućeg lakog agregata s dodatkom metakaolina te prirodnog i drobljenog agregata. Prikazani su i analizirani rezultati ispitivanja u svježem i očvrslom stanju.

Lightweight concrete compared to normal concretes have a lower density, and such smaller density is achieved by creating a space between the grains of coarse aggregate, creating voids in the mortar or using aggregates with large pores. Due to the lower density they generally have lower strength and maximum strength is achived using aggregates of expanded baked clay or slag or the aggregate of natural origin. In the experimental part of work there were made 3 different blends of selfcompacting lightweight aggregate with the addition of metakaolin and natural and crushed aggregate. Results and analysis are presented in fresh and hardend state.
