Abstract
Samozbijajući beton (SZB) je beton koji se sam zbija i ispunjava oplatu bez upotrebe vibracijskih uređaja. SZB u odnosu na običan beton ima veći sadržaj sitnih čestica uz obaveznu upotrebu superplastifikatora. U ovom radu su se izradile mješavine SZB sa potpunom ili djelomičnom zamjenom uobičajenih punila sa punilom dobivenim mljevenjem betonskog otpada - šuta. Cilj istraživanja je utvrditi utjecaj ovakvog dodatka na svojstva SZB u svježem i očvrslom stanju. Provedena istraživanja su: V – lijevak, razastiranje slijeganjem, J – prsten, L – kutija, te tlačna čvrstoća nakon 7, 14 i 28 dana, dinamički modul elastičnosti i upijanje.

Self-compacting concrete, compacting and filling formwork without the use of vibrating devices. The composition of self-compacting concrete is similar to normal concrete, but with some important differences. Among other things, there is a higher content of fines and mandatory use of superplasticizer. In this study, mixture were made with complete or partial replacement of fillings, filled with concrete waste. The aim of the study was to see how the composition of the concrete affects the properties of the fresh and hardened state. Next studies have been performed: V - funnel , spreading settling, J - ring , L - box , and compressive strength after 7, 14 and 28 days , modulus of elasticity and absorption .
