Abstract
Samozbijajući beton može ispuniti svako mjesto i svaki kut u oplati samo pod djelovanjem vlastite težine i bez potrebe za vibriranjem. Kako bi se postiglo svojstvo samozbijanja, pasta, mort i beton u cjelini moraju biti stabilni i konzistencije unutar određenih granica. Beton se mora lako preoblikovati, a da pri tome ne dolazi do segregacija na bilo kojem nivou veličine zrna. Visoka trajnost postiže se izborom niskog vodovezivnog faktora, što je moguće jedino upotrebom superplastifikatora. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada napravljene su 3 različite vrste betonskih mješavina. Prikazani su i analizirani rezultati ispitivanja samozbijajućeg betona projektiranog prema metodi jednostavnog projektiranja sastava u svježem i očvrslom stanju.

Self-compacting concrete can fill every place and every corner of the formwork only under their weight and without the need for vibration. To achieve characteristic compaction, paste, mortar and concrete as a whole must be stable and consistent within certain limits. Concrete can be easily reformatted and by doing so there should be no segregation at all levels of grain size. High durability is achieved by selecting low Water-cement ratio factor which is only possible when using the superplasticizer. In the experimental part of the work 3 different types of concrete mixture are made. The results of self-compacting concrete, which is designed according to the simple mix design method in fresh and hardened state, are presented and analyzed.
