Abstract
Tema završnog rada je izrada troškovnika za izgradnju manjeg montažnog stambenog objekata te usporedba istog s troškovima izgradnje objekta klasičnim načinom gradnje. Kroz sam rad je obrađena gradnja montažne kuće, vrste montažnih kuća te analiza literature i dosadašnjih iskustava izvedbi gradnje montažnih objekata. U završnom dijelu rada, na primjeru izvedbe manjeg stambenog objekta uspoređeni su troškovi izvođenja objekta klasičnim načinom gradnje sa onima u slučaju montažne gradnje objekta istih karakteristika.
Abstract (english)
The paper discusses the cost estimations for the construction of small prefabricated housing facilities, and compare it with the cost of construction of the building using conventional methods of construction. Through the work itself, the method of building a prefabricated house, the types of prefabricated houses, is processed. Also, an analysis of the literature and previous experiences of the construction of prefabricated buildings was conducted. As a result of the work, an example of the construction of a smaller residential building was made. For the same, the costs of constructing the building by the classical method of construction were compared with those in the case of prefabricated construction of a building with the same characteristics. Based on the examples, a comparative analysis of these two approaches was made and conclusions were reached.
