Abstract
Trošenje neobnovljivih resursa i ispuštanje velikih količina ugljikovog dioksida (𝐶𝑂2 ) dovelo je do potrebe pronalaženja ekološki i ekonomski prihvatljivih materijala. Danas se u svijetu pokušavaju pronaći efikasna rješenja kao zamjena za sintetička vlakna. Korištenje celuloznih vlakana u kompozitima pokazalo je svoje prednosti. U radu su izrađeni uzorci morta ojačani vlaknima brnistre tretiranih morskom vodom, uzorci su ispitani na savojnu i tlačnu čvrstoću te su dobiveni rezultati uspoređeni sa uzorcima sa drugim vlaknima
Abstract (english)
Consumption of non-renewable resources and the release of large amounts of carbon dioxide (𝐶𝑂2) has led to the need to find environmentally and economically acceptable materials. Today the world is trying to find effective solutions as a replacement for synthetic fibres. The use of cellulose fibres in composites has shown its advantages. In this paper, mortar samples with Spanish broom fibres treated with sea water were made, the samples were tested for flexural and compressive strength, and obtained results were compared with samples with other fibres.
