Abstract
Sustav odvodnje grada Sinja je nepotpun i u lošem stanju te zahtijeva obnovu i izgradnju prema direktivama EU-a. U ovom radu opisane su osnovne karakteristike područja grada Sinja kao i postojeći gradski sustav odvodnje te se dotaklo obveza i mogućnosti financiranja EU-a. Opisano je što je sve i kako potrebno analizirati prije odabira metode obnove te je pružen uvid u rezultate analize i detaljnije su sagledani problemi u sustavu. Pružen je uvid u tehnološke postupke obnove podzemnih cjevovoda koji se koriste u svijetu, opisane su pojedine metode te je istraženo koje su od njih dostupne u Hrvatskoj. Definirani su i opći kriteriji koje je potrebno analizirati pri odabiru metode obnove. Konačno, analizirana je primjena dostupnih metoda obnove za obnovu sustava odvodnje grada Sinja.
Abstract (english)
Sewerage system in the Town of Sinj is incomplete and deteriorated, so it needs to be rehabilitated and constructed following the EU standards. This thesis describes the basic characteristics of the Town of Sinj area as well as the existing urban sewerage system. European commitments and funding are also being discussed. All the aspects of the system that need to undergo the rehabilitation were analyzed prior to choosing the best method of rehabilitation. The insight into the analysis is provided as well as further review of the existing problems of the system. Furthermore, the insight into the technologies for sewer rehabilitation used in the world is provided, various methods are described in detailed manner, and their availability in Croatia is examined. All the criteria necessary to consider before selecting rehabilitation method are also being examined. Finally, among the available methods the most suitable ones, for rehabilitation of sewerage system in the Town of Sinj, are given.
